1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Vertueal Economy platform (the "Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
These terms govern your use of our core platform infrastructure, multi-tenant marketplace services, and any related applications or tools we provide.
2. Organizations & Tenants
Vertueal Economy operates on a multi-tenant architecture. "Organizations" (such as churches, community groups, or syndicates) are granted independent workspaces and custom subdomains to operate their own local marketplace.
- Organizations are responsible for managing their own members, businesses, and listings.
- Each Organization may impose its own supplementary Tenant Terms & Conditions on its marketplace. Where conflicts arise between Platform Terms and Tenant Terms, these Platform Terms shall take precedence regarding infrastructure and overarching liability.
- We reserve the right to suspend any Organization that violates our community guidelines or facilitates illegal activities.
3. Business Obligations
Businesses listed on the Platform operate independently from Vertueal Economy. We do not endorse, guarantee, or warranty the products, services, or job listings provided by third-party businesses.
- Businesses must provide accurate verification documents to the Organization Admins.
- All transactions, communications, and contracts are strictly between the Business and the User.
- We are not responsible for resolving disputes regarding failed transactions or poor service quality.
4. User Conduct
Users agree to use the platform in good faith to connect, trade, and build community. You agree not to:
- Upload false, misleading, or malicious content.
- Attempt to breach or bypass our security or authentication measures.
- Scrape, mine, or extract data from the platform automatically.
